How do I use Purge Data to remove non-work time from Timecards?
- Select Timecards in the navigation list.
- Select Global Edits.
- In the employee list, select which employee or employees you desire to remove non-work time from.
- In the Task drop down menu, select Purge Data.
- Under Details, click the Do Not Purge Non-Work Time drop down menu and select Purge Non-Work Time.
- Input the Start and End Dates of when you wish to remove non-work time.
- Select the pay code you wish to remove. You may also select All Pay Codes.
- Press Save.
