How do I use Purge Data to remove non-work time from Timecards?

 
  1. Select Timecards in the navigation list.
  2. Select Global Edits.
  3. In the employee list, select which employee or employees you desire to remove non-work time from.
  4. In the Task drop down menu, select Purge Data.
  5. Under Details, click the Do Not Purge Non-Work Time drop down menu and select Purge Non-Work Time.
  6. Input the Start and End Dates of when you wish to remove non-work time.
  7. Select the pay code you wish to remove.  You may also select All Pay Codes.
  8. Press Save.
